Hello everyone, I hope you're enjoying your summer! I'd simply like to get right to the point of this letter and say, "THANK YOU"!

In this day and age where business's come and go, I am extremely humbled and grateful to our loyal customers who have supported our family business for over 45 years. When my father started this business back in 1963 he took a big chance moving us to the north end of Zanesville, which mostly consisted of farm fields and open land. Like most other organizations we've dealt with our fair share of ups and downs, but fortunately we've been blessed time and time again with an over abundance of repeat customers like you.

In an effort to show our gratitude to our loyal customers we usually offer 2 or 3 special incentives in our mailers that are only available to our previous customers. But please allow me to be perfectly clear when I say "We will do whatever it takes addressing whatever needs that you may have even if its not listed in our mailer.

As most of you already know my brother Mike and I are partners, my brother Kevin sells cars for us and my sister Kelly runs our business office. (I am also very proud of my little boy Mitchell who sometimes appears in my TV ads).
